David MetzgerPresident & CEO A pioneer in the business software industry, Dave has worked with manufacturers' rep firms for over 20 years, providing programming, computer and network services for small business, and custom solutions for manufacturers' reps firms in particular. In 1993 Dave wrote WinRep®, the first Windows-based manufacturers' rep program. Developed in partnership with manufacturers' rep clients, it was built specifically around the features, functionality, and ease of use important to this niche market. Don DickinsonDirector of Software Development Don has been the primary developer of key WinRep components, including faxing, POS tracking, e-mail, and opportunities. He also manages and trains the programming staff. Adept in a variety of progamming languages, Don has been honored in the programming industry as one of the twelve BASIC programming gurus, and has been published in Basically Speaking Journal. Tim SmithDirector of Sales Previously a manufacturers' rep, Tim joined WinRep in 1995, bringing first-hand knowledge of the industry to his position. His perspective has played an important role in keeping the company focused on the front-line needs of manufacturers' reps. As manager of the WinRep sales network and territory representatives, he has overseen the deployment of WinRep to hundreds of rep firms across the country. Troy AndersonDirector of Technical Operations Having worked at WinRep since 1993, Troy has seen all of the various iterations of its software. His operational and managerial experiences have given him a logical, methodical approach to troubleshooting and systems administration. Troy is responsible for WinRep's server department. This includes diagramming and maintenance of servers, disaster recovery, and database management. He also directs the technical support department. Chris LohnDirector of Account Management Chris joined WinRep in 2001 and is primarily responsible for overseeing new account sales and financial management of the business. As a co-founder of BCL Equity Partners, a Twin Cities-based investment firm, Chris has extensive experience in financing and business development activities. He has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. |
